Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Supply Chain Specialist to optimize and scale Taager's supply chain operations. This role focuses heavily on inventory planning, demand-supply matching, and product availability, ensuring a healthy and efficient flow of goods across the supply chain.
What You Will Do
Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization
Implement and continuously optimize reorder points (ROP) to ensure product availability
Ensure inventory health and optimal Days on Hand (DOH) across all SKUs
Balance supply with demand to avoid stockouts and overstocking
Monitor and improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency (inbound → storage → fulfillment)
Demand Planning & Monitoring
Monitor sales trends, identifying spikes and declines proactively
Align supply planning with real-time demand signals
Maintain optimal stock levels to support business growth and campaigns
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Request products for market validation and surveying
Create and manage purchase orders (POs) based on demand forecasts and stock levels
Track supplier performance and ensure timely replenishment
Inbound & Lead Time Management
Monitor lead times and take corrective actions to avoid delays
Ensure inbound shipments are aligned with sales velocity (Inbound vs. Sold tracking)
Collaborate with logistics teams to improve inbound efficiency
Stock Availability & Problem Solving
Track and reduce out-of-stock (OOS) rates across products
Identify root causes of stockouts and implement corrective solutions
Proactively manage replenishment for high-performing SKUs
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities
Build reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics
Drive data-backed decision-making across supply chain operations
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Commercial, Account Management, and Logistics teams
Support product launches, campaigns, and scaling initiatives
Align supply chain operations with business priorities
What Will Make You Successful
3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory planning (preferably in e-commerce)
Strong analytical skills (Excel required; Google Sheets a plus)
Hands-on experience with:
Reorder point planning
Demand forecasting
Purchase order management
Strong understanding of inventory metrics (DOH, sell-through, stock coverage)
Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments
Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems
Experience managing large SKU catalogs
