Senior Supply Chain Planner (all gender)

The role

As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will lead the international supply planning and P2P processes for our chilled temperature zones. You will be instrumental in the critical ramp-up of our new chilled Hub operations, managing a spend up to €20M spend while enabling production scaling across our european markets. Your expertise will bridge the gap between high-level category strategy and hands-on operational execution, ensuring we deliver exceptional service levels with minimal waste.

What you’ll do

• Lead Site Ramp-Up: Plan and execute the operational ramp up for the chilled site, managing the onboarding of 6+ suppliers and 60+ SKUs to secure availability from day one.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Own the end-to-end P2P process via HelloConnect, acting as a functional lead and mentor for the team while optimizing lead times and MOQs.

• Strategic Vendor Management: Serve as the primary partner for our 3PW vendor, overseeing budgeting, performance and the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Supply & Inventory Ownership: Develop comprehensive supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, maintaining healthy inventory turnover and safety stock levels for your category.

• Risk & Waste Mitigation: Proactively identify supply risks, lead root-cause analysis, and execute waste reduction strategies to minimize obsolescence across the network.

What you’ll bring

• Advanced Planning Expertise: Deep knowledge of supply planning, capacity management, and inventory segmentation within a complex, multi-market network.

• Operational P2P Mastery: Hands-on experience optimizing Procure-to-Pay processes and navigating ERP/Planning systems (e.g., HelloConnect, SPS, or Inventory Planner).

• Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to engage and align a diverse range of stakeholders, from local market planners to 3PW executives, even under tight deadlines.

• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing forecast inaccuracies and supply chain data to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial Drive: A "hands-on" mindset ready to step into operational realities while maintaining the strategic vision needed to scale a new business area.
