We are looking for a full-time, experienced Senior Supplier Quality Manager to join our office in China. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening Supplier Quality Management across our supply base and elevating the performance of our Quality Control (QC) organization in China.
You will take a leading role in supplier qualification, audit execution, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will drive compliance with quality standards, optimize QC processes, and support strong cross-functional alignment across the organization.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and operationally, with a strong on-site presence at supplier factories and within the local QC team. You will play a key role in developing supplier capabilities, improving factory management practices, and building a high-performing, audit-ready QC team that supports the organization’s quality and operational objectives.
Your activities:
• Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, and audit activities across the supply base
• Manage supplier performance through scorecards, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive corrective and preventive actions, including root cause analysis and follow-up with suppliers
• Coach and develop CN QC team members to strengthen supplier and factory management capabilities
• Identify and implement improvements in QC processes, systems, and ways of working
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on supplier quality, risk management, and operational priorities
