Senior Structural Design Engineer 

Location: Sydney
Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

Lead structural analysis and design for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy and constructability.

Prepare fee proposals, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Collaborate with architects, clients, and internal teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Conduct site inspections, prepare engineering reports, and oversee project documentation.

Mentor junior engineers and champion continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent; MIEAust required, CPEng preferred.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in structural engineering design and analysis (ideally residential design)

Strong knowledge of structural materials (steel, concrete, timber) and Australian Standards.

Advanced proficiency in structural engineering software and analysis techniques.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate effectively, and explore innovative solutions.
