Role Purpose
This role exists to produce high-converting static ad creative across Chai Vision's brand portfolio. The Senior Static Designer is responsible for translating brand strategy and direct-response briefs into compelling paid media visuals — spanning Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels — while leveraging AI image generation tools to accelerate output without sacrificing quality.

You have a strong graphic design background with a portfolio rooted in paid media and direct-response advertising.
You understand what makes an ad stop the scroll — hierarchy, contrast, copy-image interplay, and platform-native aesthetics.
You are fluent in brand systems and can execute consistently across multiple brand identities.
You are curious about emerging AI creative tools and actively integrate them into your workflow.
You are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and thrive in high-volume production environments.
You take creative direction well and iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback.
8. What You'll Do
Creative Production
Design static ad creatives for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Produce assets across multiple Chai Vision brands, maintaining brand consistency for each.
Develop ad variations (size, copy, visual angle) to support A/B testing and creative iteration.
Create motion-ready static frames and visual templates for cross-functional use.
AI-Augmented Design
Utilize AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to ideate, composite, and accelerate visual production.
Develop prompt frameworks and asset libraries that improve AI output quality and team-wide efficiency.
Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend integrations that benefit the creative team.
Brand & Strategy Alignment
Interpret creative briefs and translate strategy into on-brand, performance-oriented visuals.
Collaborate with creative strategists to align visual execution with ad angles and audience targeting.
Contribute to brand guideline documentation and visual identity upkeep.
Quality & Process
Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and asset libraries.
Deliver production-ready files formatted to platform specs.
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.
9. Success Metrics
Consistent on-time delivery of creative assets across active campaigns.
Creative output meets or exceeds platform quality standards and brand guidelines.
Ad creatives contribute to improved click-through rates, thumb-stop ratios, and conversion metrics.
High volume of test-ready variants produced per campaign cycle.
Positive feedback from creative strategists and brand managers on brief adherence and execution quality.
10. Cross-Functional Relationships
Creative Strategists (for brief intake, angle direction, and performance feedback).
Motion Designers (for handoffs, visual consistency, and collaborative asset production).
Brand Managers across LifePro, Petcove, Oaktiv, Culvani, and Joyberri (for brand alignment).
Paid Media team (for platform spec requirements and campaign-level creative needs).

12. Accountability & Rhythm
Daily: Asset production and revision delivery per active briefs.
Weekly: Creative review sessions and brief intake with strategists.
Monthly: Creative performance review — CTR, thumb-stop, and visual testing outcomes.
Quarterly: Brand audit, design system updates, and AI tool evaluation.
