About the team

The Compliance Team’s primary goal is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while upholding the highest ethical standards. The team achieves this through developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML providers, and supporting robust business growth, ultimately enhancing user trust in the platform. Our vision is to cultivate a culture of compliance excellence that seamlessly integrates innovation with responsible business practices.

Responsibilities:

Lead and own projects with a broad perspective to formulate and optimize platform technical solutions

•
Deeply understand business requirements, provide constructive suggestions, and think critically about solutions

•
Coordinate resources, lead project development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely and quality delivery

•
Promote cross-team communication and collaboration through code quality management and teamwork

•
Undertake team tasks and mentor technical talents

Requirements:

•
Clear thinking, logical, excellent communication skills, strong design abilities, and capable of abstracting complex problems into simple, understandable models

•
Solid foundation of Java, familiarity with JVM tuning, I/O, multithreading, concurrency frameworks, common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, with extensive practical experience

•
Proficient in mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, Spring Cloud

•
Expertise in databases like MySQL and Oracle, with a thorough understanding of transactions, locking, indexing, and experience in database optimization, sharding, and master-slave replication

•
Familiar with middleware technologies, including MQ, RPC, caching, and message queues

•
Deep understanding of cache system design principles and capable of selecting appropriate caching solutions like Memcached and Redis

•
Good understanding of distributed systems, including CAP theorem, consistency models, and idempotency concepts
