REQUIREMENTS:
• Total experience 8+ years
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules.
• Solid working experience with ITSM, Service Portal, and ServiceNow Integrations.
• Mandatory ServiceNow SPM module certification
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and configurations including: Business Rule, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions, Jelly scripting, AngularJS.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, GRC, or HRSD is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on SPM and CSM modules
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow designs
• Support enterprise-wide implementation of ServiceNow modules across multiple global locations
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and solution documentation
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and platform capabilities
• Design, build, and support ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems
• Perform unit testing and component-level integration testing to ensure solution quality
• Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required
• Support post-implementation activities including enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimizations
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
