Analyze, develop, code and implement programs and applications in one or more programming languages for Big Data Applications.

• Support applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Assess the health and performance of software applications and databases.
• Establish, participate, and maintain relationships with departments and customers to remain informed of direction, project status, architectural and technology trends, risks, and functional/integration issues.
• Analyze program and application performance using multiple programming languages, tools and techniques.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementations for cost and execution efficiencies and show ownership
• You will report into the Software Development Director

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

• 15+ years of experience in analysis, design, implementation and testing of Big Data Applications (API & Batch) on AWS Cloud using java/scala/kotlin, Kafka, Cassandra, Scylla, DDB, Python, Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, MapReduce framework
• DevOps experience -GIT, GitHub, Bit Bucket, GitLab, IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm
