About The Team

The Basic Platform Team is oriented towards the company, providing one-stop development platforms. The team builds systems that enhances and standardizes the development process, providing a one-stop development platform for raising Developer Efficiency, System Observability, and Performance Capacity.

What You’ll Be Doing

•
Constructing Observability Architecture in large-scale and complex scenarios, building top-level Observability Products, including Distributed Monitoring, Full-Link Tracing, Log Platforms, Middleware Performance Insights, Computing Engines, Anomaly Detection, Intelligent Alerting, and more.

•
Develop Observability capabilities that are deeply aligned with business scenarios, explore the latest trends in related fields.

•
Implement AI capabilities within the infrastructure domain, including AI efficiency tools, AI Studio, intelligent Q&A, AI Ops, and more.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in development and architecture

• Practical experience in either Java/Go/C/C++/Python or other mainstream programming languages

• Practical experience in developing systems for Observability and Distributed Monitoring

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in Operating Systems, Networks, Distributed Systems, and Data Structures and Algorithms

• Strong Troubleshooting ability and with sound knowledge of Engineering best practices

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience in Observability Systems

•
Practical experience in areas such as Distributed Applications, Distributed Computing, Distributed Scheduling

• Practical experience in AI Engineering or related fields
