REQUIREMENTS:
• Total Experience 8+
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interdependencies
• Strong understanding of Data Cloud–Marketing Cloud integration patterns and activation use cases.
• Solid experience with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and data transformations.
• Hands-on experience with segmentation, unification, activation, and calculated insights.
• Experience configuring and supporting Marketing Cloud components such as Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating enterprise data sources using APIs, MuleSoft, AWS, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and consent management.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and declarative tools.
• Knowledge of real-time and batch data integration approaches.
• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Design and implement Data 360 data models, including Data Streams, Data Bundles, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud for unified customer profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation.
• Build and maintain data transformations using Data Mapper recipes, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights.
• Develop scalable segmentation, unification, and activation pipelines to support personalized marketing and analytics use cases.
• Configure and support Marketing Cloud activations across Email, Mobile, Journey Builder, and other channels.
• Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines into Data Cloud using MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud connectors, AWS, Azure, APIs, and flat-file ingestion.
• Implement real-time and batch data synchronization across enterprise systems, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Optimize data ingestion and activation performance through monitoring, validation, and exception handling.
• Define and enforce data governance standards including data retention, lineage, cataloging, consent, and compliance policies.
• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security configuration, and data access controls.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate campaign and personalization requirements into technical solutions.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to deliver integrated multi-cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce).
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data quality, integrations, and campaign activation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and reference architecture diagrams.
• Establish best practices for Data Cloud–Marketing Cloud integration, performance tuning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
