Job Description :
Experience 8-10 years; total experience 5+ years;
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Role; Summary The Senior D365 Finance Functional Consultant (proficient in native language Mandarin and English); Is responsible for end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
The role involves finance process leadership, solution design, stakeholder management, and coordinating with offshore team, ensuring best-practice adoption across finance modules.
Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership
- Lead end-to-end D365 Finance implementations (Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Configuration, UAT, Go-Live, Post-Go-Live support).
- Act as Finance Solution Architect for complex business requirements.
-Drive process standardization and optimization across finance operations.
Finance Modules Expertise
- General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Cash & Bank Management - Fixed Assets - Budgeting & Cost Accounting
- Financial Reporting (Management Reporter / Financial Reporter) Business & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads, Controllers, and key business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs (FDD, BRD).
- Lead workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT cycles.
- Provide strategic advisory on finance transformation using D365.
Configuration & Solution Design Configure:
- Chart of Accounts - Financial Dimensions - Posting Profiles - Ledger & Fiscal Calendars - Tax, Multi-currency, Intercompany setups
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (local GAAP, IFRS, SOX where applicable).
Integration & Reporting Work with technical teams on:
- Integrations with banks, invoice booking system, procurement, and external systems - Data migration strategies and validation - Oversee financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards. Mentoring & Delivery Excellence - Review configurations, functional designs, and test scripts. Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills - Strong expertise in D365 Finance - Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting processes - Experience with multi-legal entity, multi-currency, and global implementations
