We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with a strong background in Business Intelligence to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade BI solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work across the full BI lifecycle—from raw data ingestion to insightful dashboards—while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, from raw data to dashboard, aligned with industry best practices.
• Lead BI solution architecture using AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI 
• Provide accurate effort estimation and planning for BI initiatives 
• Deliver enterprise-scale BI implementations, covering ETL, data modeling, and visualization in production environments 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions 
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior data professionals 
• Manage and oversee delivery of BI projects with varying levels of complexity 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering 
• Proven expertise in AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda or similar services) 
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake 
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design) 
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design 
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions in production environments 
• Strong estimation, planning, and delivery management skills 
• Prior experience leading or mentoring teams  

Must have Skills: Power BI (Expert), Data Modeling (Capable), Data Analysis & Visualization, Microsoft Fabric (Capable)
