Customer Experience (CX) Product Analytics 팀은 고객들의 이커머스 여정에서 모바일/웹 프로덕트와 상호 작용하는 방식을 개선하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 또한 데이터를 통합하여 실행 가능한 인사이트를 생성하고, 복잡한 비즈니스 문제에 해결책을 제시하며 쿠팡의 고객에 대한 깊은 이해를 가능하게 합니다.

Responsibilities 🚀

· Product 전략 개발/지원을 위한 정량적 분석, 실험 및 데이터 제시를 통해 기술적 전문성을 적용하는 동시에, Product 개선을 위한 기대와 수단을 정의, 이해, 테스트하고 통찰력에 기반한 추가적인 제안을 통해 로드맵을 추진합니다.

· 가설검증 - 테스트 가설을 세우고, 기회를 검증하고 고객 경험과 비즈니스 KPI에 긍정적인 개선을 가져다 줄 수 있는 조치들을 제안합니다.

· 테스트 분석 - 통계학적으로 정확하고 적합한 A/B analysis 을 리딩하고, 테스트 결과를 이끌어내는 요인에 대한 “WHY”에 답하기 위해 코호트 연구를 진행합니다. 분석적이고 통찰력 있는 Report 관점에서 좀 더 복잡한 Test를 고안합니다.

· 주요 Data Artifacts 와 Lineage (ex: ETL, 데이터 모델, 쿼리) 를 유지하며, 진행중인 테스트 성능/결과 모니터링을 위해 자동화된 데이터 워크플로우와 대시보드를 개발합니다.

· 관련 시각화 툴 (Tableau/PowerBI/Superset 등) 을 활용하여 Metrics을 트래킹하고, 이상 데이터를 조사하며, 적절한 차원에서 지표를 추가적으로 분류하여 심층적인 dynamics을 밝혀냅니다.

· 비즈니스의 기술적 및 운영적인 면에서의 세부 조건사항(ex: key dependencies, business drivers/KPIs, develop actionable business insights 등)들을 면밀히 탐색해서 건설적인 기술적 논의 및 검증에 기여합니다.

· 기술적/시스템적으로 더 효율적인 솔루션을 알아보고 테스트합니다. 데이터를 어떻게 소화, 처리, 분석하는지 이해합니다.

· 데이터셋 퀄리티를 개선하고 매뉴얼 프로세스를 자동화합니다.

· 프로덕트 팀의 비즈니스 결정에 영향을 미치는 인사이트와 솔루션을 제공합니다.

· 이해관계자들과 제안과 발견점에 대해 커뮤니케이션하고 추후 사용과 배포를 위해 위키로 문서화합니다.

· 직무의 Seniority에 따라 CX 프로덕트 내에 복잡성이 높은 분석적 영역을 담당하게 되고, 여러 PM들과 상호적으로 업무하며 프러덕트 분석및 비지니스의 우선순위 결정에 중요한 영향력을 발휘 할수 있으며, 데이터 분석가로 구성된 작은팀(2-4인)을 관리하는 리더쉽 역할까지 기대하고 있습니다.

Basic Qualifications 🚀

· Querying Language (ex. SQL) 와 스크립트 언어 (파이썬) 사용 경험.

· Spark에 대한 이해도를 보유하신 분, GPU (ex. RapidsAI CUDA) 사용 경험 (우대 사항)

· 정량분야의 학사 (STEM, Finance, Economics, Statistics)

· Data Analyst, Data Scientist 등 데이터 분석 기술을 필요로하는 업무 약 3년 이상의 경험

· A/B 테스트와 Bayesian statistics을 포함한 A/B 테스트의 통계 개념에 대한 이해도와, A/B 테스트 설계, 결과 해석 경험

· 분산 시스템, 데이터 모델링, scientific methods 에 대한 종합적인 이해가 있고, 기술 통계/추리 통계에 대한 높은 전문성을 보유.

· 다양한 stakeholders을 대상으로 다수의 프레젠테이션을 진행해본 경험 및 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 스킬을 보유.

· 업무의 우선 순위를 효율적으로 정하고, 빠르고 역동적인 환경에서 효과적인 결과를 달성할 수 있는 역량 (멀티테스킹 역량)

Preferred Experience 🚀

· 공학 및 비지니스 학위 (석/박사 or MBA)

· 통계 분석을 위한 R/SAS 활용 역량

· Hive, Presto, Airflow

· 데이터 시각화 (예: Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Power BI)

· 자연어 (NLP) 처리 경력 우대

· 영어 능통자 우대

About us :

We’re part of Customer Experience Product team, which aims to improve how our customers interact with your mobile/web products with their e-commerce journey.

We’re responsible for providing support in utilising decision science techniques in product development, along with discovery of customer behaviours within our products, in journey of creating better customer-facing products.

Qualifications :

· Wealth of experience in using querying language(e.g. SQL) and scripting language (Python) with understanding of Spark, experiencing of utilising GPU(e.g. RapidsAI, CUDA) for is a plus.

· Understanding of A/B tests and its statistical concepts, including Bayesian statistics, with experience in designing and interpretation of A/B test results

· Having a comprehensive understanding of distributed systems, data modelling, and scientific methods. Highly proficient in descriptive statistics and inferential statistics

· Good presentation and communication skills in explaining data, as we often engage non-data savvy stakeholders

· Having inquisitive mindset- should be ready to dive into the unknown, discover, and share findings with others, while employing critical thinking and detail-oriented focus to solve ambiguous and unstructured problems

· Good command of English is a plus

What you will do with us :

· Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, and the presentation of data to aid the development of strategies for our products, while define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations.

· Validate hypotheses – generate test hypotheses, validate opportunities and recommend actions that can have positive improvements in customer experience and business KPIs.

· Test Analysis – Drive proper A/B analysis with statistical rigor and perform cohort studies to answer “why?” on test result drivers. Ideate more complex tests from an analytical and insightful reporting perspective.

· Develop automated data workflows and dashboards to monitor ongoing test performance/results, with maintaining key data artifacts and lineage (e.g., ETL, data models, queries)

· Utilizes relevant visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Superset/etc) to help track metrics and investigate data anomalies, and further segment metrics along suitable dimensions to reveal deeper dynamics

· Dive deeply into technical and operational details of the business (e.g., key dependencies, business drivers/KPIs, develop actionable business insights, etc.) and contribute to constructive technical discussions

· Explore and test more technically/computationally efficient solutions. Know how to ingest, process, and analyze data.

· Improve dataset quality and automate manual processes

· Provides insights and solutions that inform product team's business decisions

· Communicate proposals, findings with stakeholders and document through wiki for further consumption and distribution

· For more senior roles (Staff Data Scientist I,II), we expect you to be able to own an analytical domain of increasing complexity within the CX products and independently engage with multiple POs to prioritise and drive analytical/decision science agenda, while managing a small team(2-4) of analysts.
