REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: 7.5+ years
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on CPQ, Salesforce, and enterprise applications
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes including pricing, quoting, contracts, and revenue workflows
• Experience working with Salesforce (preferably Salesforce CPQ) and integration with SAP systems
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business process flows involving services operations and finance integrations
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Jira
• Ability to create detailed BRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional design documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business scenarios
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams
• Familiarity with SAP process flows related to billing, materials, finance, and service management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams
• Experience in process mapping, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Exposure to large-scale transformation or digital implementation programs
• Ability to support deployments, training, and change management activities across regions
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to align solutions with business outcomes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across CPQ and Services operations including work orders, contracts, scheduling, installed base, service plans, logistics, and finance integrations
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Challenge assumptions and simplify complex requirements to ensure measurable business value
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional design documentation aligned with capability standards
• Manage and refine functional Jira stories ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on end-to-end business process flows, including integrations across CPQ, Salesforce, and SAP systems
• Ensure alignment between CPQ/Salesforce capabilities and SAP processes, including validation of data models, interfaces, and business rules
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and changes affecting integrations and downstream systems
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, architects, and integration specialists to resolve design gaps and ensure consistency across platforms
• Support Capability Owners in backlog prioritisation based on business value, dependencies, and deployment readiness
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and PI planning for CPQ and Field Services capabilities
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and regional deployment teams
• Support transformation initiatives and contribute to governance forums and service transformation discussions
• Work closely with country teams to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure successful solution adoption
• Map, analyse, and optimise end-to-end CPQ and service processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement and process harmonisation across regions
• Support deployment activities by providing functional expertise, training materials, FAQs, and implementation guidance
• Gather post-deployment feedback and contribute to continuous enhancement of CPQ capabilities
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
