Swile is hiring a seasoned engineer to shape the future of Developer Experience (DevX)At Swile we believe that great products need great engineers — and great engineers need great Developer Experience. We’re opening a pioneer, high-impact role — both strategic and hands-on — to bootstrap the future DevX team within our Platform team.

Key Responsibilities ::
Accelerate engineering productivity by streamlining CI/CD workflows, reducing feedback loops, and optimizing development environments for speed and reliability Simplify the developer journey by eliminating friction and cognitive load through standardization, automation, intuitive documentation, and smart observability Design and build pragmatic, developer-facing tools   (CLIs, portals, libraries, IDE integrations, bots…) to solve daily pain points and improve velocity, onboarding, and overall satisfaction Drive DevX as a product using user research, personas, A/B testing, and continuous feedback. Measure impact with DORA metrics, eNPS, surveys, and team immersion. Foster trust-based partnerships across engineering to understand local needs, lead change, raise engineering standards and empower engineers accountability on quality, performance, security and reliability Champion a culture of engineering excellence by tracking DevX KPIs, advocating best engineering practices, and helping teams adopt high-leverage improvements
