Role
• Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating the sourcing efforts; ensure the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local, regional and global activities

• Monitor progress against the goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and talent pipelines for the region

• Develop diverse and ready to hire pipelines of candidates as designated

• Develop market intelligence and work on key strategic projects at regional and/or global scale

• Own the talent – hunt, engage, farm, bring it to the business and add them to the workforce

• Develops sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective candidates

• Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation driven visuals), and collaborates with Communications to achieve designated objectives

• Coordinate phases of the talent acquisition process for assigned talent pipeline and evaluates team recommendations of candidates

• Follow talent acquisition specific processes and systems

All About You:

• Strong Talent Acquisition background with hands-on experience in leading recruitment for Product roles, ideally within the Fintech or Paytech industry.

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through build, launch, growth, and sunset

• Ability to anticipate hiring needs at each stage of the product lifecycle (e.g., early PMs and architects during discovery, execution-focused engineers during build, growth and data roles post-launch)

• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to align hiring plans with product roadmaps and delivery milestones

• Knowledge of how product stages impact team composition, role seniority, and skill requirements.

• Ability to adjust recruiting strategies based on product maturity (0→1, 1→N, platform scaling, optimization)

• Ability to work as an individual contributor with the help of sourcing and interview coordinating team

• Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etc

• Experience managing high volume recruiting processes

• Experience managing candidate life cycle through an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday

• Build partnerships with the leadership team to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent

• Ensure accurate records and reporting concerning all phases of the recruitment process
