Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking an experienced SEO professional with a passion for technology, AI, and the evolving landscape of search. This role demands an individual who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable strategies and content engineering solutions that drive measurable results across relevant platforms, not just traditional SEO.

• Strategic cross-platform SEO: Develop, implement, and continuously optimise comprehensive SEO strategies across relevant platforms, extending beyond traditional SEO.

• Performance optimisation: Monitor, track, and evaluate client/project performance against KPIs, ensuring data-driven success through effective content engineering solutions.

• Driving innovation: Actively contribute to and implement strategies related to Generative Search Optimisation (GSO), Social Search, and Commerce Search. Redefine how brands connect with their audiences through structured and optimised content, directly contributing to our groundbreaking Total Search Framework. Guiding clients through digital transformation investments in their data, technology, and content ecosystems to shape the future of brand discovery.

• Client Partnership: Display excellent client leadership, taking responsibility for the operational success and growth of accounts, and exploring strategically relevant opportunities.

• Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor junior staff, provide constant feedback, and delegate tasks to support team growth and excellence. Simultaneously, stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content technologies (e.g., headless CMS, structured data, AI-driven content generation), proactively discussing their potential impact with clients and the team.

Skills and Experience 

• 4+ years of progressive experience, with a proven track record in technical content implementation, strategic leadership, and client account growth.

• Strong data segmentation and analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable content and search strategies.

• A genuine interest in the future of search and content engineering, including GSO, social search, and commerce search, and how content systems enable these.

• Excellent technical SEO skills and understanding search engine algorithms and bot behaviour.

• Experience with key SEO tools such as Lumar, Screaming Frog, STAT (or other ranking tools), Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

• Actively contributes to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and a collaborative spirit

Bonus Points:

• Demonstrable experience in HTML/JS/CSS.

• Python skills.

• Experience working within an e-commerce environment (e.g. feed management, reviews).

• Proficiency in any additional language (than Swedish/English) is highly valued.
