Mastercard Prepaid Management Services (MPMS) delivers end-to-end prepaid card solutions across travel, transit, foreign exchange, gifting, and buy-now-pay-later segments. As a fintech enabler, MPMS operates a scalable, modular platform that supports a global portfolio of prepaid programmes, combining innovation with operational excellence.
Overview
The MPMS Product team is looking for a Senior Specialist in the Program Management Enablement team focused on supporting and driving the B2B program management capabilities and services.
This role Is responsible for supporting the delivery and enhancement of program management services and global platform capabilities. You will assist in maintaining the existing product suite and contribute to shaping future program management offerings.
The jobholder will help gather information about client needs within the MPMS business, working closely with account managers to understand customer strategies and identify potential opportunities. You will support the identification and development of product opportunities, assist in managing them through the intake and Studio process, and collaborate with internal and external partners to bring these initiatives to market.
Role
In this Product Management position, you will:
• Support the management of key services and capabilities within the core program management portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of the core program management capabilities suite, incorporating input from across the business.
• Assist in developing and maintaining customer-ready program management materials to support pipeline opportunities, ad-hoc account queries, and internal product alignment.
• Create detailed product initiatives and acceptance criteria for sizing and prioritisation within our agile framework.
• Provide support to product development teams throughout development, validating features against acceptance criteria through agile team demos and testing outputs.
• Contribute to the discovery, design, and implementation of global program management changes impacting the platform.
• Support risk mitigation activities identified by the risk management framework as they apply to program management capabilities.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring mutual understanding and minimizing time to market.
• Assist in global product initiatives, collaborating with technical Product Managers, Customer Delivery, GCC, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Product Change, and other stakeholders to ensure overall product readiness.
• Provide subject matter expertise on program management-related matters, supporting customer pitches in new markets and assisting with initial scoping and evaluations.
• Be adaptable and able to contribute effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment where priorities may shift.
• Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work.
• Partner with relevant teams across the business to help align business processes with new product features and capabilities, ensuring the product enablement ecosystem and infrastructure remain consistent.
