We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Specialist to become a key driver of our logistics operations across the dynamic European region. This is a high-impact role where you will blend deep data analysis with end-to-end market ownership to solve complex operational challenges.
Your mission is to optimize rider staffing, refine rider earning strategies, and ultimately enhance logistics efficiency to ensure a world-class delivery experience. By acting as the bridge between data-driven insights and on-the-ground execution, you will help build scalable, effective logistics solutions that power our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shape Tactics with Data: Dive deep into large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, creating compelling data visualizations and strategic recommendations that guide our regional logistics strategy.
• Drive Market Performance: Take full ownership of rider operations performance in key EU markets, proactively identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and implementing data-backed solutions for improvement.
• Collaborate for Impact: Act as a strategic partner to both local and regional logistics teams, working closely to drive performance improvements and roll out best practices.
• Lead Product Rollouts: Spearhead the operational launch of new logistics products and features in your markets, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our central product teams.
• Deliver Key Projects: Support and manage high-impact regional projects focused on optimizing rider staffing models, earning structures, and overall logistics efficiency to improve operational outcomes.
• Enhance Forecasting Accuracy: Partner with growth marketing teams to analyze demand patterns and refine forecasting, ensuring our rider supply is perfectly aligned with customer needs, especially in high-demand zones.
 
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience preferably from high growth start-ups, tech companies, management consultancy or other dynamic role
• Must have: working experience with SQL and data visualization (using Looker, Tableau, or similar), including dashboard creation and KPI definition
• You earned a university degree in STEM or economics
• You possess a hands-on mentality and logical thinking skills
• You are a high performer capable of creating impact through data driven decisions
• You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges in a fast-paced environment
• You are highly curious and happy to question the status quo
• You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• A plus if familiar with modern productivity tools and use of AI/GPT assistants to improve efficiency
