Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness to ensure the seamless preparation and execution of operational activities across its ambitious projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive operational readiness plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all operational facets are aligned and ready for launch.

You will act as a critical link between project management, operations, and other stakeholders, driving readiness assessments, risk evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences as envisioned by Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of operational readiness plans to support project rollouts.
• Conduct thorough readiness assessments to identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and readiness across all operational areas.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation related to operational readiness.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to prepare teams for operational phases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within large-scale developments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or real estate sectors is preferred.
