Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering a transformative approach to entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist - Financial Planning and Analysis to strengthen our financial strategy. In this critical position, you will be tasked with performing detailed financial analyses and supporting the organization’s financial planning efforts to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's ambitious vision.
The Senior Specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis will play a vital role in crafting accurate financial forecasts, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic insights that help guide the organization’s decision-making processes. Your work will directly support various departments as they pursue operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and evaluate complex financial models to assess project viability and investment opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to communicate key findings to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial controls are in place and that budgets align with corporate objectives.
• Conduct market research to inform financial planning and adapt to changing industry trends.
• Support the development and training of junior team members to foster a high-performing finance function.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or finance-related roles
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights
• Advanced abilities in Excel for financial modeling, along with experience in financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay complex financial information
• A proactive and collaborative work ethic, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Experience in the entertainment or investment sectors is highly regarded
