To support our global digital transformation agenda, we are seeking a Senior Specialist Digital Transformation & Change (m/f/d). In this role, you will contribute to the development of future-oriented learning solutions, drive the adoption of key digital technologies, and advance our organizational Change Management approach.
The position is based in Munich, Germany.
Senior Specialist Digital Transformation & Change (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
1. Strategic development of global learning offerings in the context of digital transformation
Continuous optimization of global learning programs in close collaboration with the DX Transformation department and HR teams; coordination of external training providers
Design and delivery of internal training formats on key technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence):
AI Onboarding
AI Global Curriculum
Workshops with internal experts
Development of targeted learning formats for DX technologies (e.g., learning nuggets, e-learnings for specific target groups, data science workshops)
DX communication: Support the implementation of communication plans and materials in close collaboration with Corporate Communications (e.g., articles, videos, events)
Management and ongoing development of the DX Agents Community in Munich/Germany
2. Development of the Change Management approach for Digital Transformation
Serve as the central point of contact for all Change Management topics
Design and delivery of internal Change Management training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions and competency trainings for leaders and employees
Establishment and development of a Change Agent Community
Your qualification
University degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, or a comparable field
Experience in managing or steering complex international (HR) projects within a corporate environment
Strong methodological and didactic skills and several years of professional experience in Learning & Development
Extensive experience with multimedia and authoring tools
Strong interest in digitalization and Industry 4.0; ideally experience in Change Management
Communicative, solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
Intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (C1)
