Senior Specialist - Contracts Management ( CORS3272 )

Qiddiya Investment Company invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Manager - Contracts Management. This role is critical in supporting the contract management function to ensure all contractual obligations are met, risks are managed effectively, and all projects proceed smoothly and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret construction contract documents, including templates and RFP packages, ensuring full compliance.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with project teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding contract terms and actions.
• Conduct financial due diligence on contractors and prepare detailed award analyses.
• Assist in developing negotiation approaches and document agreements from meetings.
• Ensure limitation of company exposure in non-standard contracts and maintain adherence to internal contracting policies.
• Contribute to the Bid Review Program (BRP) by providing data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to contract performance and compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in contracts management, ideally in the construction or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and contract negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
