Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from inception through execution to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and partners, ensuring clarity and minimizing potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide insights and recommendations on improving contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of all contractual activities.

Requirements:
