Senior Solution Specialist

• 变更与需求管理：

主导需求收集、文档撰写、影响分析及变更优先级排序。 

协调业务用户、技术团队与外部供应商，确保按时交付变更。 

维护最新的功能性与技术文档。 

• 解决方案支持与性能管理：

支持解决方案日常运营、故障排查与问题解决。 

监控性能指标（如 SLA 达成率、系统使用率、稳定性），确保持续改进。 

根据需要为内部用户提供培训或使用指导。 

• 利益相关方与供应商协作：

与业务团队建立深入合作关系，理解其不断变化的需求。 

与内部 IT、解决方案架构师及外部供应商紧密协作，确保高质量交付。 

参与与自动化、数字化转型、流程优化相关的跨部门项目。 

技能知识

• 精通流程自动化工具（如 Power Automate / Flow、PowerApps、Python）。
• 具备自动化编排平台经验（如 UiPath、OpCon 等）。
• 熟悉智能体（Agentic）框架（如 Azure Foundry、阿里通义千问 Qwen 等）。
• 掌握解决方案生命周期管理。
• 产品与服务管理经验。
• 客户需求收集与需求分析能力。
• 供应商管理能力。
• 数据素养（能够解读数据并从中生成洞察）。
• 战略性时间与优先级管理。

工作经历:

• 5 年以上解决方案管理、产品管理、自动化系统或 IT 业务分析相关经验。
• 有跨国企业或大型公司背景者优先。

教育背景:  

• 信息技术，计算机科学、工程类或相关专业本科以上学历。

语言能力:

• 英语听说读写流利。
