In your first month, you'll explore...

• Get familiar with Innovatrics' Global Civil Identity offers - its architecture, roadmaps, and positioning nested within the Governmental ID Solution Cluster
• Get familiar with our tools,
• Understand the 3-year Digital Identity strategy: from sovereign biometric identity backbone to full Digital Public Ecosystem (DPE) orchestrator.
• Supported by the Governmental ID Cluster Manager, build relationships with engineering, platform, revenue, and leadership teams.
• Shadow solution strategy sessions to understand how the EUDI/eIDAS2 regulatory wave, MOSIP/OSIA expansion, and DPI programs translate into concrete product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Meet with sales, presales, and partners to grasp real-world identity challenges: from foundational enrollment and deduplication, to PID/EAA credential issuance, multi-wallet delivery, and cross-sector adoption.

As you settle into the role, you'll start contributing by...

• Aligned with the Solution Cluster mgr, creating the Digital Identity solution roadmap within the GovID Cluster, covering: Citizen Digital ID Wallet, PID/EAA Issuance Orchestration, IDV for Government, EAA Trust Layer, Verifier SDK, and multi-wallet interoperability.
• Aligning Digital Identity priorities across the three-year journey - from DPI foundations (Year 1: trust layer, credential issuance, wallet delivery) to DPE activation (Year 2: attribute services, fraud engine, relying-party portal) to national ecosystem leadership (Year 3: governance suite, registry integration, innovation programs).
• Collaborating with engineering, platform, and R&D teams to translate the sovereign identity architecture/identity proofing backbone, PID data model, PKI/QTSP integration, and OpenID4VCI issuance into deliverable milestones.
• Working with the revenue organization to define go-to-market positioning, demo narratives, licensing models, and sales enablement for Digital Identity in EU (eIDAS2/EUDI), Africa (MOSIP/DPI), Americas (mDL), and APAC markets.
• Communicating regularly to the GovID Cluster Manager and CSO on roadmap progress, market traction, partner ecosystem development, and revenue contribution.

Within your first year, you'll have the opportunity to...

• Lead end-to-end ownership of major Digital Identity initiatives - from PID/EAA issuance gateway delivery to relying-party developer portal launch and multi-wallet interoperability testing (EUDIW structure, Apple, Google, Samsung…)
• Shape Innovatrics' narrative as the neutral, sovereign trust backbone for Digital Public Ecosystems globally - differentiating from Big Tech wallets (Apple/Google/Samsung) and monolithic identity primes (Thales, IN Groupe, Veridos).
• Support the build of the ecosystem of national printing houses, national digital identity providers, system integrators, and sovereign governments who rely on Innovatrics as their digital identity engine.

What You'll Help Build

Innovatrics is transforming from a biometric vendor into a sovereign digital identity and trust platform. The Digital Identity solution is the fastest-evolving and most strategically critical piece of the Governmental ID Cluster.

Your mandate is to develop the solution to position Innovatrics as the national digital identity trust partner - the neutral, modular technology layer that governments and their integrators deploy to issue foundational digital credentials, deliver them to any wallet ecosystem (EUDI, Apple, Google, Samsung, MOSIP Inji, national wallets), and enable cross-sector attribute exchange across finance, health, education, transport, and social protection.

Concretely, you will own the product strategy for:

• Foundational Identity Backbone - biometric enrollment, ABIS-based deduplication, certified liveness (PAD level "High"), registry linkage, identity lifecycle management, and identity reclamation.
• PID/EAA Issuance Orchestration - compliant PID data models (SD-JWT, VC-JWT, ISO mDoc), OpenID4VCI issuance, PKI/QTSP integration, device binding via secure wallets - keeping legal control with the State while Innovatrics operates the engine.
• EAA Trust Layer - attribute verification (age, residency, KYC level, driving, student, social protection), credential construction in privacy-preserving formats, issuance to all wallets, consent and policy engine.
• Multi-Wallet Delivery & Verification - wallet-agnostic credential delivery (EUDI, OEM, MOSIP Inji, national wallets), universal verifier SDK (online + offline), revocation infrastructure, DTC/travel credential support.
• Fraud & Identity Risk Engine - synthetic identity detection, cross-wallet fraud analytics, device risk scoring, credential misuse detection.
• DPE Ecosystem Enablement - relying party developer portal, sandbox environments, EAA template library, RP onboarding toolkits, governance dashboards for regulators.

Working Hours & Location

We are based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

• Preferred: Relocation to Bratislava (with support).
• Flexible: Remote from EU with regular on-site visits for onboarding, team alignment, and strategic sessions.
• Travel: Regular visits to customers, government partners, standards bodies, and conferences (ID4Africa, Identity Week, MOSIP Connect, TRUSTECH, SIA/OSIA forums).

About You

You are a Solution Owner or Product Manager with deep expertise at the intersection of governmental identity, digital credentials, and trust ecosystems. You are not just a product manager - you are a domain expert who understands the regulatory landscape (eIDAS2, EUDI Wallet ARF, GDPR, DPI principles), the technical architecture (OpenID4VCI/4VP, SD-JWT, mDoc, PKI, QTSP), and the political economy of sovereign identity (why governments will never outsource foundational identity to Apple or Google).

You thrive in environments where you must simultaneously:

• Speak the language of governments, ministries, and civil registries.
• Engage credibly with system integrators, national printing houses, and private digital ID providers (e.g. BankID in EU).
• Translate complex regulatory and standards requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
• Support commercial outcomes when it comes to partner/market adoption - not just feature delivery.

You are autonomous, business-driven, and result-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building something genuinely new on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Owner, Product Manager, or Solution Architect in Digital Identity, eID, or Government Identity - with hands-on knowledge of at least one of: EUDI/eIDAS2, MOSIP, W3C Verifiable Credentials, OpenID4VCI/4VP, mDoc/ISO 18013, or DPI programs (World Bank ID4D, AU Digital ID, IDB).
• Good understanding of the Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and Digital Public Ecosystem (DPE) paradigm - the distinction between foundational identity, data exchange layers, and payment enablement.
• Familiarity with wallet ecosystems and credential standards - EUDI Wallet ARF compliance, OpenID4VCI/4VP protocols, SD-JWT-VC, ISO mDoc, QTSP integration, device binding, and selective disclosure.
• Business-oriented mindset: support pricing and packaging definition with the cluster Manager, and support go-to-market execution across diverse regions and partner types.
• Demonstrated ability to shape multi-year roadmaps with clear milestones, prioritization trade-offs, and measurable outcomes - from DPI infrastructure to DPE ecosystem activation.
• Good understanding of the ecosystem: governments, engineering teams, revenue organization, system integrators, standards bodies, and regulatory bodies.
• Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups with excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ABIS (Automated Biometric Identification Systems) and foundational identity infrastructure.
• Hands-on “Builder” mindset - thinking from idea to delivery, ability to work with AI
• Knowledge of national trust list management, PKI governance, or QTSP ecosystems.
• Prior experience with MOSIP, OSIA, or similar open-source/standards-based identity platforms.
• Background in World Bank, IDB, AU, UNDP, or similar development finance institution identity programs.

Level

This role is at Senior Solution Owner (P4 - Upper Medior /P5 - Senior 1), within the Governmental ID Cluster, reporting to the Senior Solution Manager – Governmental ID Phygital Cluster, with close alignment to the Chief Solution Officer.
