• Understanding the global IDV ecosystem and its complexity across the various regions
• Taking ownership of a solution roadmap and aligning it with product and business strategy.
• Driving priorities across technical, business, and customer needs.
• Collaborating with engineering and platform teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Working with the revenue organization to define and support go-to-market, demos, licensing models, pricing and sales enablement.
• Communicating regularly to the MGT on the progress of the global IDV solution penetration to the market and roadmap completion.

Working Hours & Location

🌎 We are based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

• Preferred: Relocation to Bratislava (with support).
• Flexible: Remote from EU with regular on-site visits for onboarding and team alignment.
• Travel: occasional visits to customers, events, or team offsites.

About You

You are a Senior Solution Manager with deep experience in Identity Verification (IDV). You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and thrive in environments where you can shape both technology and market impact. You are business-driven and result-oriented.

You enjoy working across tech and business teams, aligning engineering with sales, compliance, and customers. You are motivated by building solutions that directly prevent fraud, enable compliance, and scale globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution / Product Manager in Identity Verification (IDV).
• Strong understanding of IDV technologies, workflows, and customer use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to shape roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management: engineering, revenue, partners, and customers.
• Strategic thinker with a data-informed mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Understand the various regulations and certifications linked to IDV.
• Knowledge of the current EUDIW and similar frameworks is a plus.
• Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups with excellent communication.

Compensation

Base salary starts at €5,000 gross per month (Slovakia, Bratislava), complemented by an attractive variable compensation scheme and a comprehensive benefits package supporting both your professional growth and well-being.
