• Get familiar with our Criminal Justice portfolio, technical architecture, and solutions landscape.
• Understand Innovatrics strategy for Criminal Justice for the next 3 years,
• Build relationships with engineering, platform, revenue, and leadership teams.
• Shadow product and solution strategy sessions to understand how high-level goals are translated into solution roadmaps.
• Meet with sales, presales, and customers to grasp core use cases and pain points.

📅 As you settle into the role, you’ll start contributing by...

• Understanding the global Criminal Justice ecosystem and its complexity across the various regions and partners,
• Understanding “what matters” for our customers and for the solution, such as NIST benchmarks, metrics, UI/UX, business models, value creation features, etc. and how Innovatrics is currently positioned,
• Taking ownership of the different solutions roadmaps within the Criminal Justice Cluster, and aligning it with product and business strategy,
• Driving priorities across technical, business, and customer needs,
• Collaborating with engineering and platform teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions,
• Working with the revenue organization to define and support go-to-market, demos, licensing models, pricing and sales enablement,
• Communicating regularly to the MGT on the progress of the Cluster penetration to the market, revenue generation and roadmaps completion.

Working Hours & Location

🌎 We are based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

• Preferred: Relocation to Bratislava (with support).
• Flexible: Remote from EU with regular on-site visits for onboarding and team alignment.
• Travel: occasional visits to customers, events, or team offsites.

About You

You are a Senior Solution Manager with deep experience in the Criminal Justice market. You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and thrive in environments where you can shape both technology and market impact. You are business-driven, autonomous and result-oriented. You’ll drive the Criminal Justice Solution Cluster to its next step on the success ladder.

You enjoy working across tech and business teams, aligning engineering with sales, compliance, and customers. You are motivated by building solutions that ultimately serve law enforcement agencies in crime solving, enabling compliance, and scale globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution / Product Manager in the Criminal Justice Sector, with strong knowledge of the Law Enforcement Ecosystem, challenges, and the various verticals.
• Business-oriented mindset, responsible for the Cluster Revenue across its various solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to shape roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management: engineering, revenue, partners, and customers.
• Strategic thinker with a data-informed mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups with excellent communication.

📊 This role is at Senior Solution Manager (P6–P7), reporting to the Chief Solution Officer.

Compensation

Base salary starts at €5,000 gross per month (Slovakia, Bratislava), complemented by an attractive variable compensation scheme and a comprehensive benefits package supporting both your professional growth and well-being.
