NiCE is seeking an experienced solution engineer specializing in creating high‑impact, verticalized demonstrations and maintaining a rapidly deployable library of demo assets. This role blends technical storytelling, product expertise, and industry knowledge to show customers the “art of the possible.” The Demo SE works closely with sales, product, and solution consulting teams to translate business needs into compelling, scenario‑based demonstrations that highlight the value of NICE’s CX portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Verticalized Demo Creation & Rapid Delivery

• Design, script, and build industry‑specific demos (e.g., BFSI, Retail, BPO, Public Sector, Healthcare) showcasing real‑world customer journeys using NiCE CXone, Cognigy and WEM solutions.

• Maintain a reusable, scalable demo asset library, enabling rapid customization and deployment for sales teams.

• Continuously enhance demo environments with new features, integrations, and data sets to reflect the latest product capabilities.

Discovery & Solution Storytelling

• Partner with Solution Consultants and AEs to understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored demo narratives.

• Conduct light discovery to ensure demonstrations align with customer personas, business processes, and KPIs.

• Connect business problems to product value by illustrating clear outcomes, ROI, and workflow improvements.

Technical Expertise & Platform Integration

• Build demo scenarios involving CXone, Agentic AI, WFM/QM, AI/Analytics, and digital/voice channels.

• Set up and maintain integrations such as CRM connectivity, data ingestion, automation flows, and sample datasets.

• Support POCs when deeper technical demonstration or configuration is required.

Sales Collaboration

• Work with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Product SMEs to prepare demo strategies for deals.

• Enable field teams by providing packaged demos, walkthroughs, scripts, and reusable vertical content.

• Assist with RFI/RFP technical inputs when tied to demo storytelling or product capability explanation.

Product & Industry Knowledge

• Act as a subject matter expert on demo best practices, competitive differentiation, and customer use cases.

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, demo documentation, and playbooks.

• Stay current with product releases and incorporate updates into demo flows.

Strategic Content Transformation

• Lead the end-to-end conversion of internal presales documentation into standardised, partner-ready training modules and playbooks, ensuring all migrated assets are technically aligned and optimized for global partner self-sufficiency

Scalable Multimedia Production

• Use AI video and workflow documentation automation tools to build a library of on-demand enablement content and interactive demos that enable partners to self-serve

Technical Value Synthesis

• Translate product updates into "Partner-ready" value propositions and interactive demo guides, empowering partners with the technical confidence and standardised messaging needed to win in the field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in technical pre‑sales, solution consulting, demo engineering, or customer‑facing technical roles.

• Background in contact center solutions, cloud CX platforms, or workflow automation preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of CCaaS technologies, conversational AI (NLU/NLP), and cloud architectures.

• Ability to configure integrations, build demo data flows, and troubleshoot environment issues.

• Familiarity with CXone, Agentic AI , Chat bot or similar platforms is a plus.

Communication & Storytelling

• Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technology for executive and operational audiences.

• Strong narrative design skills to craft compelling demo stories that resonate with vertical audiences.

Problem‑Solving & Agility

• Ability to quickly understand a customer’s business model and translate it into tailored demo scenarios.

• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with short turnaround times.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

AI Tool Proficiency

• Hands-on experience using solutions such as Synthesia for video creation and Guidde for efficient workflow documentation.

Content Curation

• 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation, specifically transforming technical information into structured learning paths.

Partner Focus

• Ability to design content through the lens of a third-party partner, ensuring instructions are clear, repeatable, and easy to navigate.

Execution & Migration

• Proven track record of managing content repositories and migrating data between platforms with high attention to detail and version control.
