About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, client-facing Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. This role sits within our Solution Design Team and is responsible for shaping and delivering technology-enabled solutions, including AI-powered applications, that improve how organizations operate.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with business acumen, product thinking, and a strong commitment to quality, and is comfortable operating across strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery.
What You’ll DoProject Leadership & Delivery: Lead digital transformation initiatives from concept to delivery and closeout. Own the full project lifecycle, including problem definition, proposal development, team assembly, execution, go-live, and post-implementation support. Deliver high-quality outputs across technical, data, and AI-enabled solutions while enforcing strong quality assurance practices.
Solution Design & Product Ownership: Define and oversee solutions across software development, workflow automation, AI-enabled applications (copilots, chatbots, decision-support tools), enterprise architecture, KPI frameworks, and analytics. Apply product management principles, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and ensure thoughtful AI integration across workflows, data, and user experience with strong validation and quality standards.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, including on emerging technologies such as AI and automation, and lead discussions, workshops, and presentations with confidence.
Business Development: Develop proposals for new work, including defining technical scope, AI approach, and pricing. Identify opportunities to expand engagements through technology, AI, and productized solutions.
Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, business analysts, and developers. Work closely with data and AI specialists to deliver production-ready solutions and ensure all deliverables—technical and non-technical—meet defined quality standards.
Team & Practice Development: Contribute to the evolution of the Solution Design Team, including AI and product capabilities. Help shape internal tools, frameworks, and reusable assets, and promote a culture of quality, rigor, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Software development or workflow automation, digital transformation initiatives, technology advisory/consulting, data analytics and dashboarding, enterprise architecture, or technical project management
Strong technical foundation with the ability to operate at a systems level
Understanding of how AI can be applied in business contexts (e.g., copilots, automation, decision support)
Ability to translate business problems into structured technical and AI-driven solutions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance (testing, validation, error handling)
Ability to think in terms of products (user value, scalability, reusability)
Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must be located in the Greater Montreal Area
Considered an Asset
Experience working with or delivering AI-enabled solutions (e.g., LLM-based tools, intelligent workflows)
Exposure to product management or product ownership
Experience scoping and pricing work
Communication skills in French are encouraged
