Our team plays a key role in understanding and interpreting customer needs, developing innovative solutions, and delivering value-adding functionality for our clients. This position requires analytical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong consulting abilities.

What you’ll be doing:

Customer engagement:You work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met.

Solution design and architecture:You design innovative solutions in our software and deliver measurable value to our clients.

Solution presentation and consulting:You create tailored system demos and presentations to meet customer requirements and build trust in the proposed solutions.

Testing and quality assurance:You develop comprehensive test plans and execute them to ensure solution quality and quickly resolve issues.

Data expertise:You translate technical specifications into solution designs and manage parameters to effectively fulfill customer requirements.

You will learn everything you need to know about our software during onboarding.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Data analysis is your passion.

•
You have at least 2.5 years of professional experience and are known for your independent and structured working style.

•
You already have experience working with customers and in software implementation projects.

•
You work solution-oriented, can convince others of your ideas, and are open to alternative suggestions.

•
You stay up to date with new developments in our software and proactively dive into new topics.

•
You speak fluent English, German would be a great advantage.

•
You work analytically, independently, and in a structured manner.

•
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or with retailers/consumer goods companies is a plus.
