Your Role:
• You develop, maintain and optimize scalable test frameworks and libraries—with a focus on reliability and maintainability. 
• Your daily work is characterized by close collaboration with cross-functional development teams, product management, and our customers to ensure the creation of high-quality products. 
• You integrate automated tests into CI/CD, perform tests and monitor their execution. You also create metrics and dashboard reports. 
• You mentor QA talents, conduct code reviews of automated tests, and promote best practices. 
• In addition to project work, you actively participate in the internal testing community and stay up to date with the latest developments. 
• Occasionally you undertake project trips to Germany to support your team and your clients on site.

Your Profile:
• You bring at least five years of experience in building test strategies as well as implementing test automation solutions, and you have already taken project responsibility for quality assurance. 
• You have already gained relevant experience in AI-assisted testing, as well as in testing AI-based software products. 
• You routinely use test tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress and Appium. You are also proficient in API testing with Postman, SOAP-UI or SuperTest. 
• You are proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, JavaScript or Python. 
• You have solid experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines, as well as testing within cloud environments. 
• You speak English fluenty. German language skills would be a plus.
