Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineering (20233), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for a Learning Management System (LMS) focused on the construction industry

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance front-end and back-end features using modern technologies

• Ensure high code quality by participating in code reviews, testing, and following best development practices

• Contribute to system architecture decisions and support continuous improvement of development processes

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript for modern front-end development

• Solid experience with .NET Core for back-end development

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cosmos DB

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps

• Experience with API development and integration in distributed systems

• Familiarity with authentication and identity solutions such as Identity Server, PropelAuth, or similar tools

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
