What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will direct the activities of a software development function for software application enhancements and new products. You will work with internal and external partners on the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of computer programs.

You will:
• Lead long‑range engineering planning and define operational goals and specifications
• Manage development processes, including schedules, work plans and budget ownership
• Guide teams in delivering high‑quality software solutions using modern methodologies
• Provide creative solutions to complex challenges and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior leadership to present project needs and report milestones

Essential Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (vanilla & managed services such as EKS/GKE/AKS) and cloud‑native platform orchestration, including autoscaling and hybrid deployments
• Strong leadership managing distributed data systems and heterogeneous database stacks (e.g., SingleStore, MongoDB, Redis, Druid)
• Solid understanding of MLOps workflows, from model training through real‑time inference pipelines
• Ability to conduct high‑level architecture reviews across Node.js/TypeScript, Python and modern SPA frameworks (e.g., Vue.js)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field

Desirable Requirements

• 12–15 years of relevant industry experience
• 4+ years of managerial experience
