Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) and Zafin SaaS platform to drive enterprise pricing transformation initiatives. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing dynamic pricing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Business Alignment

• Define and implement relationship-based pricing strategies aligned with bank revenue goals.
• Translate complex business pricing models into configurable rules within the Zafin platform.
• Design pricing frameworks considering customer relationships across products and channels.
• Enable differentiated pricing strategies for Retail, SME, and Corporate banking segments.
• Support cross-sell initiatives and relationship value optimization.
• Align pricing frameworks with the bank’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Establish enterprise pricing governance, policies, and segmentation strategies.
• Ensure pricing strategies align with profitability and revenue objectives.

Zafin SaaS Platform Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Zafin RBP platform.
• Configure pricing rules, bundles, offers, and discount structures.
• Integrate Zafin with core banking systems like Oracle-based systems / Finacle.
• Ensure seamless data flow between upstream and downstream systems.
• Enable real-time pricing APIs for digital banking channels.
• Manage pricing catalogs, lifecycle of rules, and release upgrades.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and high availability.

Product & Pricing Management

• Define pricing structures for banking products including accounts, loans, and payments.
• Configure fee waivers and tier-based pricing based on customer relationships.
• Enable bundled pricing across multiple banking products.
• Support new product launches with pricing configurations.
• Monitor and optimize pricing performance and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Zafin Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) platform.
• Expertise in SaaS platform implementation and configuration.
• Good understanding of Core Banking Systems (Finacle / Oracle).
• Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and pricing strategies.
• Hands-on experience in rule engines, pricing engines, or product configuration platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital banking transformation projects.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable architectures.
• Understanding of data models, ETL processes, and system integrations.
