Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Relationship-Based Pricing (RBP) and hands-on experience with the Zafin SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise pricing strategies aligned with banking revenue and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing Strategy & Business Alignment

• Define and implement relationship-based pricing strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
• Translate complex business pricing models into configurable rules within Zafin.
• Design pricing frameworks across customer relationships, products, and channels.
• Enable differentiated pricing for Retail, SME, and Corporate Banking segments.
• Align pricing strategy with digital transformation initiatives.
• Define customer segmentation and pricing governance policies.
• Support cross-sell strategies and relationship value optimization.
• Ensure pricing aligns with profitability and business KPIs.

2. Zafin SaaS Platform Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Zafin RBP platform.
• Configure pricing rules, bundles, offers, and discount structures.
• Integrate Zafin with core banking systems like Finacle and other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure seamless data flow across upstream/downstream systems.
• Enable and manage real-time pricing APIs for digital channels.
• Manage pricing catalogs and rule lifecycle.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, releases, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and system reliability.

3. Product & Pricing Management

• Define pricing structures for banking products (accounts, loans, payments).
• Configure fee waivers and tier-based pricing models.
• Enable bundled and relationship-driven pricing models.
• Support product launches with pricing configurations.
• Monitor and optimize pricing performance and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Zafin RBP (Relationship-Based Pricing) platform.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle databases and backend systems.
• Experience with Core Banking Systems (Finacle preferred).
• Solid understanding of banking products and pricing strategies.
• Experience in SaaS implementations and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of API enablement and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large banking/financial institutions.
• Exposure to digital banking transformation programs.
• Familiarity with pricing analytics and revenue optimization models.
