As a Senior UI Software Engineer on the Connectors Platform Team, you’ll play a key role in building products that help our customers ingest, transform, and enrich their data with AI, making it seamless to integrate into Algolia.

The Team

The Connectors Platform team builds services that make it easy for our global customer base to bring their data into Algolia efficiently. Our platform powers:

•
E-commerce integrations with Shopify, Commercetools, and BigCommerce

•
Data source connectivity for JSON, BigQuery, Supabase, MySQL, and many more

•
Data transformations to dynamically update and prepare data as it flows into Algolia

•
AI-powered enrichment that automatically enhances data to drive improved search relevance and personalization

The role will consist of:

As a Senior UI Software Engineer on the Connectors Platform team, you will play a central role in designing and building user-facing products that make data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment seamless. You will:

•
Design and build intuitive, AI-assisted customer UIs for data ingestion and enrichment

•
Own the end-to-end user experience, from technical design through production delivery

•
Champion engineering excellence with clean, tested, performant, and accessible code

•
Shape the product roadmap by proposing ideas that improve how businesses connect data with Algolia

You might be a fit if you have:

•
Around 5+ years of software engineering experience

•
Strong expertise in TypeScript and React

•
A track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable, and tested code

•
Curiosity and initiative to experiment with UI improvements

•
Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken
