About the role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, driving Sitecore implementations with customers and partners to solve real-world business challenges. This role involves integrating enterprise systems, developing scalable software solutions and delivering high-quality results. This is a non-customer-facing, engineering-focused role that emphasizes precision, scalability, and operational excellence across repeatable development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Angular, Vue.js and next js.
• Code Reviews: Conduct comprehensive code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and blockers, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize application speed, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Hands-On Development: Develop and implement software solutions using Sitecore’s product suite.
• Documentation & Presentations: Create high-quality technical documentation and present Sitecore's capabilities to customers and partners in a professional and impactful manner.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Strong front-end expertise with React or Next.js, along with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Back-end experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server is strongly preferred.
• Product-oriented mindset with hands-on experience developing or maintaining SaaS-based platforms or enterprise software products.
• Proficiency in GraphQL, SCSS, SASS, CSS, HTML, Storybook, and tools like Git, Jira, Netlify, or Vercel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a consulting environment, collaborating with project managers and technical teams to estimate project timelines and deliverables.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, tackle new challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Nice to have:

• Sitecore Knowledge: Experience with Sitecore products and familiarity with the Sitecore ecosystem.
• SDLC Knowledge: Experience working within a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications are a plus.
