Who you’ll be working with

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js and Next.js.

• Work within and contribute to monorepo architectures (Nx, Turborepo, etc.).

• Integrate and manage content through Headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, or Contentstack.

• Convert UI/UX designs and prototypes into pixel-perfect user interfaces.

• Build interactive UI experiences with animations and micro-interactions.

• Implement and maintain unit and component testing using Jest, React Testing Library, etc.

• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, and security.

• Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and guide architectural decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, backend, and cloud teams.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

Must have skills:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Deep hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, performance optimization).

• Proven experience with at least one Headless CMS: Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, or Contentstack.

• Strong understanding of monorepo-based development using Nx, Turborepo, or similar tooling.

• Strong experience with UI/UX implementation, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.

• Expertise in animations and interactive UI.

• Hands-on experience with unit testing and component testing frameworks.

• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, and modern frontend tooling.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Should have skills:

• Experience with shadcn/ui (or similar component libraries) in production environments.

• Experience with performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Sentry, New Relic).

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git branching strategies, and cloud-based deployment workflows (Vercel, AWS).

• Understanding of design systems and component libraries.

• Familiarity with Node.js or serverless functions.

• Experience working in agile teams and code review culture.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience contributing to or building design systems at scale.

• Knowledge of infrastructure setup (Docker, AWS, Vercel).

• Exposure to micro-frontend architectures.

• Understanding of backend fundamentals (Node.js, Express, serverless).

• Vibe Coding experience (low-code/visual development workflows).

• Experience with E2E testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright).
