About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails experience to help scale and evolve our product. You’ll own features end-to-end, from backend architecture to polished front-end delivery, ideally bringing TypeScript experience to help bridge the gap between layers.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust Rails applications that power critical product features.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate customer needs into thoughtful solutions.

• Contribute to front-end development (TypeScript/React) when needed to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Write reliable, well-tested code that emphasizes maintainability and long-term quality.

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders about progress, trade-offs, and challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience, with deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails.

• Solid understanding of databases, background jobs, and API design.

• Exposure to or interest in TypeScript/React—comfortable contributing to both backend and front-end when necessary.

• Product-oriented: you care about customer outcomes as much as code correctness.
