Senior Software Engineer (PHP + Vue.js)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in the evolution of one of our flagship products. This is an opportunity to design, build, and deliver impactful features in a modern web environment, while influencing architectural decisions and mentoring peers. You’ll work hands-on across the stack, with a focus on PHP (Symfony) on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend. Experience with event-driven architecture is a strong plus, as we continue evolving our systems toward scalable, distributed solutions. How You’ll Contribute Design & Build: Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software using PHP (Symfony) and Vue.js. Solve & Innovate: Tackle complex engineering challenges and propose elegant, practical solutions. Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Elevate Standards: Champion coding best practices, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement. Shape Architecture: Contribute to the evolution of our system design, with opportunities to influence our move toward event-driven patterns. Mentor & Share: Support and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. Optimize & Deliver: Ensure smooth deployments, performance tuning, and reliability across our platform.

Requirements: Backend Expertise: Strong experience with PHP and Symfony. Frontend Skills: Proficiency with Vue.js (experience with other frameworks like React or Angular is a plus). Event-Driven Architecture: Familiarity with EDA, messaging systems, or event streaming is highly desirable. Database Knowledge: Solid experience with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and exposure to non-relational databases. Software Craftsmanship: Deep understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and scalable architectures. DevOps Mindset: Comfortable with CI/CD, cloud environments, and modern DevOps practices. Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a passion for working in cross-functional teams.
