• Core eBiz application development using PL/SQL and OAF tools & technologies to implement business process solutions, system automation and integration 

• Full software development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment. • Roughly 75-80% hands-on coding 

• Demonstrated ability to do technical designs from functional requirements aligning to architecture roadmaps 

• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches. 

• Interact directly with Product Managers and architect team to ensure eBiz solutions are scalable. 

• Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery for their respective track. 

• Provide operations team with support and help troubleshoot system issues

• Oracle Application modules (OM,AR, PO, AP, GL) • Hands-On experience in eBiz Application, on Oracle Release 12.1.3 or greater 

• Strong hands on experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) • Strong programming experience with Java, Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflow builder

• Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Strong understanding of the Agile methodology and sprint based project delivery. 

• Past knowledge and experience in enterprise systems implementation would be added advantage. 

• Apply analytical skills to drive issue identification, escalation, resolution and closure. 

• Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM methodologies 

• Demonstrated experience in working with geographically distributed teams, across time zones. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication & articulation skills. 

• Familiar with the software development challenges inherent with highly scalable and available enterprise applications.
