Challenge ahead:

We are searching for a Senior Fullstack Developer with focus on frontend to help us build new systems from scratch, continuously improve performance across iterations, and support the growth of our clients, including big names like Nokia, Glovo, and GoFluent.

You’ll work on Greenfield projects and evolve existing applications to help our users get more value out of CloudTalk. We’re looking for someone meticulous, proactive, and self-driven. Someone who identifies problems before they escalate, scopes solutions, and delivers clean, performant code. You’ll need to collaborate actively and be vocal when needed. This is a remote role, but we don’t work asynchronously, we operate as if we’re all in the same room. The goal is to bring in a future tech lead, so a growth mindset is essential.

What you will work on:

The work will challenge you to solve problems on a daily basis — from customer-facing issues to new feature development. You’ll scope, design, and build systems end-to-end, always keeping performance and maintainability in mind.

• Expect to work with Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, and Git
• Build Greenfield projects and evolve existing ones
• Keep system quality and performance a priority across iterations
• Be involved in technical decisions and feature planning
• Write and review tech designs, proactively spotting areas to improve
• Stay up to date with new technologies and fold them into your day-to-day work
• Collaborate tightly with teammates in a remote but highly synchronous environment
