About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help scale our core platform and accelerate product delivery. You will build high-quality systems, influence architecture, and improve reliability and performance across our applications.

What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery of features (design → deployment → support)
Build scalable, maintainable systems for evolving product needs
Partner with product to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions
Improve reliability and code quality through strong engineering practices
Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years building and maintaining production-grade systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to independently define solutions and contribute to architecture
• Track record of shipping high-quality software in fast-paced environments
• Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, clean code, maintainability)
• Experience improving system performance and reliability
• Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong code review skills and a mindset of raising engineering standards
• Willingness to participate in on-call and incident response
• Experience working with sensitive data and security best practices (PII)
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and MCP servers.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with microservices or distributed systems
• Experience building data-intensive or large-scale platforms
• Familiarity with healthcare, compliance, or regulated environments
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or entity resolution systems
• Experience reducing technical debt through iterative refactoring
• Experience improving developer productivity through CI/CD and tooling
