Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to join our growing ERP team at Devsinc. In this role, you will design, develop, and support enhancements and custom solutions across D365 Finance and Operations modules using X++, .NET, and related Microsoft technologies. You'll also contribute to solution architecture discussions and support deployments across various industries and enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical foundation, is proactive in solving problems, and is eager to grow into a technical lead or architect role in the ERP ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions using X++, .NET, and MS SQL Server for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Implement form customizations, integrations, batch jobs, workflows, and SSRS reports.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
• Work closely with Functional Consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support, issue resolution, and production bug fixes for existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce DevOps practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture and code design documents.
• Provide guidance to junior developers as needed and contribute to building best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications (e.g., MB-500) are a plus.
Additional training or coursework in ERP development, cloud integration, or performance tuning will be considered a value-add.
