THE ROLE:

 

As a Senior Engineer in the Social & Search team, you will be a core member of the cross-functional product team on the delivery of their roadmap and helping the more junior members of the team develop via mentoring. Working closely with the Product Manager you will have the opportunity to shape the product backlog via ideation and refinement. You will help guide the technical direction of the team, leaning on your experience to shape innovative solutions.

 

 

Your Tasks:

• Contribute and grow as part of a small, self-organised, agile software development team

• Build our advertising technologies - from understanding and helping to shape the requirements to creating fully functional user-facing software

• Participate in designing and developing highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems while keeping your focus on quality, observability, and security

• Coach and develop team members by providing feedback and technical guidance

 

Your Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in agile software development

• Professional experience developing in at least one high-level programming language

• Professional experience with front-end and back-end related technologies in modern software development.

• Passion for clean code and testing

• Deep understanding of OOP fundamentals

• Keen interest in new technologies and learning

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
