We are looking for a data-driven, outcome-oriented Senior Software Engineer for our Growth – Retention team to design and implement retention initiatives that deliver measurable impact across churn reduction, retained ARR, and Net and Gross Revenue Retention.

In this role, you will be accountable for translating strategic initiatives into shipped product, owning end-to-end execution from implementation and deployment to monitoring and iteration. You will work hands-on across multiple products, partnering closely with Product, Data, and other Engineering teams to drive results.

This role is ideal for a Senior Engineer who thrives on ownership, moves quickly from insight to action, and enjoys collaborating deeply across functions to deliver customer and business impact.


Your Tasks:
• Own end-to-end technical delivery of retention initiatives, from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend solutions that impact churn and revenue retention
• Lead technical execution of experiments (feature flags, A/B tests), ensuring reliable rollout, measurement, and rollback
• Implement and maintain observability, instrumentation, and data pipelines to track retention-related metrics
• Ensure high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and operational best practices


You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience with strong backend exposure
• Deep hands-on experience in .NET, C#
• Strong proficiency in Node.js is a plus
• Solid grounding in API/Service design and security
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Azure or GCP is a plus)
• Ability to lead system designs discussions and influence architectural directions

• Experience building software in finance-related domains
• Previous experience working in Growth, Retention, or Experimentation-focused teams
