SENIOR, SOFTWARE ENGINEER

At CCaaS Platform, we’re at the forefront of designing and deploying Walmart’s next-generation Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform. Our mission is to support all business functions while leveraging state-of-the-art AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance agent experience and productivity, empower customers with self-service options, and reduce average handle time in client-agent interactions.    

We are seeking a hands-on highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this technical role, you will report to the Sr. Engineering Manager in IDC. You will be responsible for developing the multi-tenant Contact Center Platform, as well as developing and maintaining enterprise-grade microservices, and pipelines.

What you'll do: 

• Design, development, implementation and documentation for product features.
• Build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting associates of Walmart worldwide.
• Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community.
• Engage with Product Management to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products.
• You will be contributing in both front end as well as back end stack and taking care of requirement from end to end development
• Work closely with the Architects and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery). Within the established architectural guidelines.

What you'll bring: 

• B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in design and development of highly-scalable applications and platform development.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
• Having proficiency in object oriented  language like Java
• Having proficiency in front end technologies like React, NodeJS
• Good knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Microservice
• CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins.
• Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.

Minimum Qualifications...
