DEINE ROLLE
Entwickle Enterprise-Ready GenAI-Lösungen: Du entwickelst mit uns agentische Systeme und GenAI-Funktionalitäten, die robust, skalierbar und auditierbar in Enterprise-Landschaften laufen.
Setze AI-Architekturen um: Du implementierst Architekturmuster wie AI-Microservices, AI-Gateways und Kontrollschichten gemäß unseren Principles für Enterprise-Ready AI Applications.
Integriere GenAI in Fachanwendungen: Du bindest GenAI in bestehende Enterprise-Applikationen ein – z. B. für Assistants, Automatisierungen, Orchestrierung von Agenten oder intelligente Workflows.
Separation of Concerns & DSLs: Du arbeitest mit Meta-Modellen, Domänen-Sprachen und strukturierten Schnittstellen, statt beliebigen „Prompt-Zoo“ im Code zu hinterlassen.
Testing, Monitoring & Policies: Du baust Tests, Telemetrie und Guardrails für AI-Komponenten auf, damit Verhalten nachvollziehbar, überwachbar und steuerbar bleibt.
TechStack: Du arbeitest im Backend (Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus), im Frontend (TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue) oder Fullstack – immer eng verzahnt mit Cloud- und Plattformteams.
DEIN PROFIL
Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Systemen: Du bringst mehrjährige Praxis in der Entwicklung von geschäftskritischen Anwendungen, idealerweise in Microservice- oder Event-getriebenen Architekturen mit. (Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java/Spring Boot/Quarkus und/oder TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue; Erfahrung mit Docker/Kubernetes und mindestens einer großen Cloud ist ein Plus).
GenAI-Engineering-Know-how: Erste reale Projekte mit LLMs/GenAI (z. B. Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Agenten, Tool-Calling, Workflow-Orchestrierung) sind für dich kein Neuland.
Saubere Architektur-Denke: Du hast ein klares Verständnis von Separation of Concerns, deterministischen Kontrollschichten und kannst AI-Komponenten klar von Core-Logik trennen.
Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein: Du denkst in Policies, Logging, Observability, Tests und Fallbacks, statt nur in schnellen Prototypen.
Teamorientiert & neugierig: Du arbeitest eng mit Architekt:innen, Data/ML-Teams und Fachbereichen zusammen, lernst schnell dazu und hilfst, aus Konzepten produktive GenAI-Lösungen zu machen.
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
