Responsibilities

Senior Frontend Engineer obsessed with delivering exceptional UX quality — crisp visuals, smooth transitions, and intuitive flows — while staying pragmatic about shipping fast and iterating.

You know when to polish and when to push.

You care deeply about reliability, testing, and performance, but you’re also a great communicator who brings designers, PMs, and backend engineers together to move quickly without breaking trust.

You’ll own the core user experiences and help make Phantom feel world-class and trustworthy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

• React + TypeScript, modular component design, state management (Zustand / Redux).

• Automated testing (Jest, Maestro, Detox).

• Performance tuning, error monitoring (Sentry, metrics).

• Strong UX collaboration with Design and PM.

• Ownership mindset — moves from definition → delivery → quality.

• Previous experience working in fintech or crypto enviroments.

• Has shipped high-quality products and worked in high-caliber software development organizations.

• Nice-To-Have: 1+ years experience in a blockchain based product
